GARY GLOSSER
OWNER | CANINE BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST & TRAINER
Gary Glosser is a certified Professional Canine Behavior Specialist and Dog Trainer. Gary not only has a lifetime experience in working with dogs, but has mastered the understanding of dog psychology and pack mentality.
This makes him much different than any other behaviorist or trainer out there because he is able to address, and help solve, any issues you may have with your dog. In his many years of experience, Gary has helped hundreds of dogs and their humans achieve harmony in their packs by teaching the humans how to better communicate with their dogs by helping to better understand their behavior rather than expecting them to learn ours. As a balanced trainer, Gary uses positive reinforcement, but properly and always after using dog communication first. Gary is committed to helping dogs and their humans have harmony in their lives by displaying responsibility for survival so the dogs can relax and be dogs.

My methods are based on dog communication and teaching people what dogs need to see from humans in order to feel better and more secure about where they are in their world. If you are dealing with any frustrating issues with your dog or dogs, this philosophy and behavior modification program will help. From jumping, barking, counter surfing, garbage diving, lack of recall, not listening, resource guarding (food or toy/bone aggression), aggression toward other dogs and or people, attacking the door, fearfulness, insecure behavior, submissive peeing, extreme trauma responses, and even whining. This way of life can help your dog have a happy stress free life because you are taking care of the things they don't know how to handle. The hundreds of dogs and humans I have helped, have realized how simple and practical this training program is and how much happier their dogs are living without the stress of survival on their minds.

When I first got the call about Max, I was told he barked intensely. However, when I arrived his response to me claiming my space went straight to Severe Aggression (Red Zone). In his mind, no one tells him about space! His wonderful parents understood how scary his behavior was and in just a day, we turned his behavior around. Every time he tries to display himself as Leader, he is corrected and is now happier not feeling responsible for survival for his entire pack. He now just "lets it go" as he is reminded it isn't his job to police the world. This removes a lot of stress off of his shoulders and lets him just be a happy dog.

Sophie was a Red Zone case. One of the most intensely aggressive dogs I’ve ever worked with. She was very aggressive toward anyone but her parent. After 8 weeks of work, she is now a much happier dog. Here she is bing a goofball getting some doggy perfume. She ignores other stimuli and trusts her parent now to take control of things she cannot. She’s even been to a dog park! Their lives have significantly changed.

We were desperate to find help for our 5-month old Husky/Malamute who got along with our other two dogs just fine, but was not making any progress at all socializing with us or any humans. We ran into Gary while we were at a vet visit. He came over to say hi to us and within 10 seconds he had our rambunctious cocker spaniel puppy sitting calmly looking up at him! Up to that point I had worked with two other trainers and wasn't making progress, I was really struggling with the whole situation and feeling defeated. After only our first session our puppy was no longer jumping onto and running across the couch which was just the beginning. I didn't know what to do to help Tessa. She was fear aggressive with people. She would lunge when someone would walk towards us. I could not bring friends to the house because she would bark uncontrollably at them.
